Christopher Robinette
Chris graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with an honors degree in Economics in 2004. Chris served seven years in the US Navy with time aboard the USS CHOSIN in Hawaii; building the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier in Norfolk; and was a certified Nuclear Engineering Officer. He received a MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. Chris transitioned out of the Navy in August 2011, and owns Lighthouse Planning, also works as lead Financial Advisor.
Chris is an avid Nashville Predators fan and has built his business around being able to help connect others in the Middle Tennessee area. Chris has brought these skills to multiple boards, committees and volunteer organizations through the area. He currently resides in Brentwood, and is the proud father of 4 children.

Stephanie Greer
Stephanie Grear is originally from Augusta, Ga and made her way back to Nashville this past year. She has a Masters in Education of the Deaf and a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population for the past 15 years all over the Southeast. She ran an oral school in Chattanooga, TN and most recently was a Clinical Territory Manager for Cochlear Americas. She now works for Medtronic in the ENT division. She has always had a passion for helping the deaf and hard of hearing population and is excited to join Songs for Sound in their quest for hearing loss awareness.

As Executive Director, I am responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its missions and financial objectives in program development and administration. I am solely responsible for all development objectives and execution, tracking, retaining and growing our donor base. I manage and oversee all aspects of planning, marketing, event management and social campaigns for the Hear the Music Project & TOUR--a 250+ event/annually tour offering awareness and access for free hearing services & technologies to those living with various levels of hearing loss to deafness. I also effectively manage Partnerships, Sponsorships, Foundation Grant requests, Major Gift and Annual Giving Campaigns, social campaigns, logistics, all project management and event management.
